With the ongoing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the world is experiencing an unprecedented situation. At Biochemica Water Ltd our highest priority is the safety of our employees, customers and suppliers, however we also understand the need to maintain all core operations. The nature of our business means that the systems and services we provide are crucial to organisations with vital functions, such as the NHS, utilities, pharmaceutical and other key industrial manufacturing sectors.
All of our office-based staff are now working remotely to minimise travel and contact; all of our teams can still be contacted when needed via phone and email. Scheduled meetings will continue but will be conducted using teleconferencing facilities. Our engineers are still visiting customer sites to ensure that service delivery is maintained and will be complying with all additional safety measures put in place at each site.
Our in-field services minimise any disruption to our customers’ operations through a program of routine planned maintenance and fast reaction in the event of an unexpected failure. Our engineers are supported by our UK warehousing facility where we maintain sufficient levels of stock to ensure the continuity of supply for extended periods.
Our service teams are aligned to specific geographic areas but if particular resources are adversely affected by Coronavirus, we will swiftly adjust our operations to ensure that all services are maintained. The size and geographical dispersion of our teams means that we are in a strong position to meet the needs of customers.
We understand the pressure that is being placed on organisations by the current global situation and will be doing all we can to help.
